What will be harshest penalty levied by NCAA against USC football?

- The only thing that will maybe happen is that they will have to forfeit a couple games from the 2005 season. Southern Cal brings in to much money for the NCAA, and the NCAA knows that not having USC in a BCS bowl game hurts them financialy.
